HI, I am Ulrika!

I've spent years working with women who look confident - and still quietly question themselves.

I've worked with women like you for years - smart, capable, high-performing women who know they're good at what they do...and still quietly wonder why it feels harder than it should.

Why confidence seems to come and go. Why you keep raising the bar on yourself. Why you can walk into a room prepared - and still leave replaying everything you said.

I've been there myself.

I built my career in high-pressure environments - law, public sector, executive roles - where decisions had real consequences and visibility was unavoidable.

I also did it as an outlier. I was often the youngest person in the room. Frequently the only woman at the table. Sometimes the only one without the "right" background, accent, or cultural shorthand.

I moved fast - from entry-level to the very top in a short span of time - not because things came easy, but because I questioned myself constantly.

I prepared harder. I thought further ahead. I paid attention to what others missed. That drive made me exceptionally effective, and strategic.

It also came with a cost.

Even with real authority and measurable success, I still compared myself to people ahead of me. I still found ways to feel "not quite there yet". Not because I lacked confidence in my skills - but because my internal bar kept moving.

What I didn't understand then was that confidence at this level isn't about capability.

It's about how you show up when the room changes. 

It's about how you speak when the stakes rise. How you enter the rooms where power dynamics are already in play. How you stop over-adjusting, over-explaining, and measuring yourself against the wrong reference points.

Once that clicked, everything changed.

Not by becoming louder. Not by copying someone else. But by learning how to live, lead, communicate, and position myself as I actually am - with clarity, restraint, and intention.

That's the work I do now. That's why I created Recalibrated.

    Each session combines sharp frameworks with facilitated conversation, so you're not just learning concepts - you're practicing how to think, speak, and decide differently in real situations.

  • Private 1:1 executive coaching - included for everyone
    Every participant receives two 60-minute private executive coaching sessions.

  • Leadership Assessment included
    A well-established leadership assessment completed before the program begins. You'll receive a full report and a personal interpretation, which we will work through together in your first private executive coaching session.

  • Ongoing support via Slack and email
    Access to Ulrika between sessions for questions, reflection, and "how do I handle this?" moments. Available on business days with a 24-hour response window.

  • Three guided workbooks (PDF)
    Thoughtfully designed materials with reflections prompts and practical exercises to support clarity, confidence, and integration throughout the 12 weeks.

VIP TIER-
ADDTIONAL SUPPORT FOR LEADERS WHO WANT PRECISIONS

The VIP Tier is for women who already know they're committed and want deeper, more direct access.

Everything in the core program is included. VIP simply adds more proximity, more personalization, and more executive-level guidance.


VIP participants receive:

  • Two additional 1:1 private executive coaching sessions
    ​60 minutes each. Same depth - same standard - just more room to work through real-time leadership dynamics, decisions, and positioning.(4 private executive coaching sessions total across the program.)

  • Personalized Leadership Positioning Plan
    A strategic plan created specifically for you that maps how you're currently perceived, how you want to be perceived, and the specific positioning moves that will close that gap.

  • Unlimited voice note access to Ulrika
    Use it when something comes up and you don't want to sit on it. Quick clarification, reframes, and course-corrections - within business days.

  • Priority Support
    VIP messages are answered first, within the same 24-hour business-day window.

  • Two quarterly check-in calls (post-program)
    After the 12 weeks end, you get a 30-minute check-in call every quarter for 6 months. This ensures the work sticks and you have support as you integrate it into real life.
